Food Allergy Natural Treatments

Food allergy is a specific form of intolerance to a food or one of its components, which activates the immune system. An allergen (offending food protein that in most people do not produce adverse reactions) causes a number of chain reactions in the immune system, including the production of antibodies.  

These antibodies cause segregation of chemicals such as histamine, which causes various symptoms such as itching, runny nose, cough or breathing disorders. Often, food allergies are inherited or its components, and normally identified in the first years of life. Here are the possible treatments for food allergy occur.
Vitamin C: orange, lemon and grapefruit. 

Vitamins B: Wheat, oats, barley; hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts; cabbage, cauliflower, spinach, radishes, endive, radishes and lettuce.

Vitamin E: asparagus, lettuce, peas, nuts and wheat germ. 

Vitamin A: Carrots, spinach, basil, tomatoes, asparagus and dandelion.

 
Foods rich in zinc are: celery, asparagus, figs, and potatoes.
